- Push ups
- Sit Ups
- Body Folds
- Jumping Jacks
- Toe Touches
- Bicycle Kicks
- And many more!
Planks
Muscle Group:

Abdominals / Obliques (Core and Stomach Muscles)
How to do I perform this exercise?

Only your forearms, elbows and toes can touch the ground

Lift your stomach, hips and legs parallel (flat) off of the ground
-
Hold in that position for 10-15 seconds

Straight Bridge

How to do I perform this exercise?

Lay on your back with your knees bent and feel flat on the ground
- Lift your stomach and hips off of the ground
- Hold in that position for 10-15 seconds
Back Extension (Superman)
